You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
- You purchased directly through our website (via Paddle)
- This is your first refund request for Meva Pro
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@usemeva.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- You'll receive confirmation once the refund is issued
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- Upon refund, your Meva Pro license will be deactivated
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your Meva Pro license key will be deactivated
- You can continue using Meva Free with all its features
- Any Pro features will no longer be accessible
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request if:
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
- You have previously received a refund for Meva Pro
- There is evidence of fraud or abuse
