This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Mintingworks LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of Meva, a desktop application for viewing markdown files ("Software").
Important: By downloading, installing, or using Meva, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
Here's what you can and cannot do with Meva:

The Software is licensed, not sold. Mintingworks LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to:
Pro license holders receive free updates within the same major version. For example, if you purchase Meva Pro 1.0, you will receive versions 1.1, 1.2, etc. at no additional cost.
Major version upgrades (e.g., from version 1.x to 2.0) may require an additional purchase. We will offer discounted upgrade pricing to existing Pro license holders.
Updates to the Free version are provided at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Meva is designed with privacy in mind:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Free license continues until terminated. The Pro license is perpetual for the licensed version.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies in your possession.
We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mintingworks LLC regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
